Once your campaign reaches the desired amount or upon request, you can withdraw your funds directly to your bank account. You will need to submit your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for verification.

After campaign success or receiving donations, you can raise a withdrawal request by uploading valid utilization bills or invoices that justify fund use. Our team will verify the bills and process the transfer.

If bills are complete and accurate: 0–3 working days. If any issues/inaccuracies are found: Delayed until clarified .Funds will be credited to the registered NGO bank account.

IMPAAC reserves the right to freeze funds if misuse is suspected or documents are invalid. Legal action may be taken in severe cases. Transparency and accountability are a must.

Yes, by signing the MoU, you grant IMPAAC permission to use your NGO's public content (images, videos, updates) for platform promotion, donor engagement, or storytelling purposes — always to benefit both parties.

Even if you temporarily stop fundraising, your past records, content, and donor engagement remain visible. You may return anytime to resume fundraising, volunteering, or CSR participation.
